The best candidates for a private label program are businesses selling products to end consumers or brands with an established wholesale sales channel. The development time is guided by your request and desires. That said, we always work hard to meet design needs and deadlines. The container, packaging and fragrance program selected will determine the launch time.
Finding the perfect scent to represent your brand is the goal. That said, we have an extensive library of fragrances we ave developed in house and/or worked with trained perfumers to develop.
If you are wanting to develop a new fragrance or try to duplicate a scent you love, we can help. This process requires research and development which takes time. A minimum charge of $250.00 per fragrance plus the cost of the fragrance oil(s), to test the fragrance, is required in order for us to present up to three versions of the target scent. Please note, we do not grantee to match other fragrances in the marketplace.
Each program is created based on the client's budget and desired retail price point. We will guide you through the options to help you meet your goal.
Initial Consultation: FREE
Deposits: A $150 good-faith deposit is required to start the design phase of the program. The deposit will be applied toward design fees and/or production.
Logo Placement: $45, production-ready art
Logo Placement and Typesetting: $75, art and text supplied
Creative Development: $130 for first two hours, $50 per hour beyond .
The first payment required will be to start the design process. During the initial, free consultation we will determine your artwork needs and discuss your specific artwork charges at that time.
Clients are required to pay for all non-stock packaging materials prior to order placement. You, the client, will own those materials and you will be billed for candle production at the time of order processing.
Because all orders are custom a 50% deposit is required prior to the start of product production. The balance plus shipping is due prior to shipping.
Non-stock raw materials ordered for a client program are delivered to our warehouse. We will store those materials at no charge as long as we receive regular and consistent production orders.
Our production team will prepare orders for shipping. We pack product in cardboard shippers and palatalize as needed for common carriers. We have the ability to ship large quantities to a single location or order can be shipped to multiple locations at one time or various times. Shipping and fulfillment costs will be discussed based on a client's particular needs.
